Refund policy
In short: if you were charged but your top-up did not arrive, you get a full refund. Because top-ups are digital and delivered instantly, a top-up that was correctly delivered to the ID you entered cannot be refunded.
When you get a full refund
- Payment was taken but the top-up failed to deliver.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- An order stayed stuck and we could not complete delivery.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card) through SSLCommerz.
- Most refunds are processed within 1-3 working days; bank/card refunds can take a little longer to appear on your statement.
- We do not charge a fee to process a refund.
What is not refundable
- A top-up that was successfully delivered to the ID you entered. Please double-check your User ID (and Zone/Server ID for Mobile Legends) before paying - a top-up sent to a wrong-but-valid ID cannot be reversed.
- Change-of-mind after a top-up has already been delivered.
- Gift-card codes that have already been revealed or redeemed.
How to request a refund
- Message us with your order ID and what went wrong.
- We verify the order against our records and the payment gateway, then process the refund.
- You do not need to chase us - if an order fails after payment, we refund it as a matter of course.
