Terms of service
Topryx (https://topryx.com) sells digital game top-ups - diamonds, UC, and similar in-game currency and gift cards - delivered automatically after payment. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
What we do
- We top up your game account using the player ID you provide (and Zone/Server ID where the game requires it). No game login or password is needed, and we never ask for one.
- Delivery is automated and usually completes in about 30 seconds after successful payment.
- Prices are shown in BDT and are the full price you pay - what you see is what you pay.
Your responsibilities
- Enter the correct ID. You are responsible for the accuracy of the User ID, Zone/Server ID, and pack you select. A top-up delivered to a wrong-but-valid ID cannot be reversed (see the refund policy).
- Use a payment method that belongs to you. Fraudulent or unauthorised payments will be cancelled and may be reported.
- Do not use Topryx for any unlawful purpose or in breach of a game publisher’s own terms.
Payments
- Payments are processed by SSLCommerz (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and cards). We do not see or store your full card number or mobile-wallet PIN.
- An order is only fulfilled after payment is confirmed by the gateway.
Delivery, failures and refunds
- If a paid order fails to deliver, you are refunded in full. See the refund policy for details and timelines.
- Delivery times are estimates; occasional delays can happen due to the game publisher or payment provider.
Availability & changes
- Products, prices and promotions can change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
- We may update these terms; the version on this page is the current one.
