Choose drops by your goal
Hot drops give fast fights and fast deaths, which is great for warmup but risky for ranked points. Safer edge drops let you loot, plan, and pick fights. Decide before the plane what kind of game you want and land accordingly.
Move early, hold late
Rotate toward the next safe zone before the circle forces you, so you arrive with cover instead of running in the open. In the final zones, take a strong position and let enemies expose themselves to you rather than pushing into the open.
Quick tips
- Carry enough utility to cross open ground: smokes and a vehicle save lives.
- Loot with purpose, then reposition; do not over-loot a finished area.
- Third-party fights are free kills, but watch for a fourth team doing the same to you.
- High ground and cover beat raw aim in the final circles.
